Your identity is yours
You own what you publish on your ANKHOR page and card. You give ANKHOR permission to store and display it so the people you share it with can see it, and nothing more.
One human, one identity
An ANKHOR ID represents a real person or a real organisation. Impersonating someone else, or running an account to deceive people about who they are talking to, ends the account.
What you may not publish
No illegal material, no content sexualising minors, no harassment, no malware, no attempts to break other people's accounts or the platform itself.
Moderation
ANKHOR may hide content, restrict an account, or remove an account that breaks these terms. Consequential actions are recorded, and you can appeal through support.
Payments
Cosmetic purchases are processed by Stripe. Items are delivered to your account immediately on payment. Refunds are handled case by case through support.
Ending it
You can stop using ANKHOR whenever you like and ask for your account to be removed. Removal deletes your page, card, and private material; messages other people received remain with them.
No warranty
ANKHOR is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
