ANKHOR

Community & Safety Standards

How ANKHOR handles reporting, blocking and abuse.

Reporting

Anyone can report a profile, message, comment or piece of work directly from where it appears. A report tells us what happened and where; we review it and act, and we never tell the reported person who filed it.

Blocking

Blocking someone from Privacy settings ends the relationship in both directions immediately: no more requests, messages or calls either way, and your existing content stops being visible to them.

Muting

Muting quietly removes someone from your Discover feed without ending the relationship or telling them. Use it when you would rather not see someone without cutting them off.

What we act on

Harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, sexualisation of minors, hate speech, scams, spam and malware get an account actioned, up to permanent removal. This is on top of what is already prohibited under our Terms of use.

What happens after a report

We review reported material against these standards. Depending on severity, action ranges from a warning to content removal to account suspension or removal. Repeat or severe abuse ends the account.

Appeals

If your account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, open a case from Get help and we will review it. Appeals stay inside ANKHOR, so you can follow yours to a decision.
