What we store
Your email address, your ANKHOR ID and display name, whatever you choose to put on your page and card, your connections, your messages, and the private material you keep in your Vault.
Who can see it
Your page and card are visible to whoever you set them to: everyone, your followers, your connections, or only you. Vault material and relationship notes are private to you unless you explicitly share them. Messages are visible to the people in the conversation.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not rank you for advertisers, and we do not read your Vault or your messages to build a profile of you.
Sign-in and devices
ANKHOR signs you in with a passkey held by your device, and stores which devices you trust so you can revoke them later. We never see your fingerprint or face — your device does that check locally.
Assistance from Anubis
When you ask Anubis something, only the context you have authorised is sent to the reasoning model, and it is used to answer you — not to train anything. Anubis never changes your account on its own.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach ANKHOR. We keep a record of what you bought so your items stay unlocked.
How long we keep it
We keep your material while your account exists. Security and administration records are kept longer because they exist to protect accounts.
Getting a copy, or getting removed
You can download a copy of your data from your account at any time, and open a case from Get help to have your account removed. Removal deletes your page, card, media and Vault.
